Job Responsibilities:  * Understand how to rig, align, and install industrial equipment such as pumps, compressors, ovens, and the associated utilities (air, vacuum, and water) to operate.  * Complete entries in Preventive Maintenance Logs and CMMS program  * Assist manufacturing engineering/personnel as required.  * Organize and maintain spare parts inventory for completing timely repairs on all equipment.  * Complete other tasks as assigned.   * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

Job Qualifications:  * Capable of diagnosing equipment failures that include disassembling and reassembling the piece of equipment  * Ability to plan, execute and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.   * Ability to operate and know simple and complex heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissors, and boom lifts.  * Working knowledge of various power & hand tools; wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.   * Proficient written & oral communications skills.  * Computer literacy.

Job Requirements:  * 5 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.   * Certification in one or more of the following may be required: millwright, pipe fitter, or industrial maintenance.  * High School graduate, technical or trade schooling preferred.  * Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.  * Previous CMMS software experience desired.  * Working knowledge of PLC controls, plus knowledge of electronic circuitry troubleshooting.  * Working knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, & HVAC systems  * Working knowledge of VOM, Amperage Meter, Megger, Data Logging & related electrical testing equipment.  * Reading & understanding mechanical/refrigeration schematics & electrical ladder diagrams.

Experience Required  * 5 - 7 years: Previous experience in industrial environment as mechanic/technician.
