Supervisor, Technology - 1st Shift

• 1st Shift Position

• Supervision of Technology department employees (maintenance, mold change, process techs, PLC techs) and activities of the plant.

• Lead, coach, and develop the local plant teams in all maintenance processes.

• Review, report and communicate OEE data and key indicators to the technical teams.

• Support the continuous improvement of maintenance standards, production equipment and processes.

• Lead and manage TPM knowledge and best practices with and from the region.

• Drive, coach, and support troubleshooting techniques to improve overall OEE.

• Ensure global established processes are supported at the plant.

• Work with local managers to ensure action plans and timelines are met as well as standards are kept and developed further.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Organizational Leadership or comparable.

Experience in plastics processing and automotive supplier industry.

Coaching, leading, mentoring of direct reports, both hourly and salaried.

Strong knowledge of blow molding processes

Ability to operate with a high level of diplomacy in all environments

Proficient with Office applications, SAP, TPM, 6S, ThingWorx
