Living Learning Community (LLC) Program (August May): responsible for all aspects of the residential LLC, including communications, weekly resident experience and engagement, program content, program delivery (activities/meetings/programs), University Housing and Dining communications and meetings/trainings; oversee student program staff including supervision, hiring, training, weekly meetings, and communications.Living Learning Community Participant Recruitment (January May): responsible for all aspects of community recruitment, including participant communications and marketing; application and admissions, messaging, follow-up, invoicing, scholarship awards; communication and coordination with University Housing and Dining for room placement and assignment. WiSTEM Monthly Newsletters (August May): responsible for all aspects of the monthly newsletter development and distribution using Constant Contact, including content development, editing, scheduling, and list maintenance. Externships and Badging (October January, March July): responsible for all aspects of the virtual externship experiences, including student recruitment and marketing, registration, participant communications and newsletters, student experience and engagement, program content, program delivery, completion verification, badge awards. ?Day Camps (March June): support Sr. Program Coordinator with Consider Every Option (CEO) day camps, including participant communications and marketing; registration, messaging, follow-up, special needs/requests/interpreters, and other participant-related needs/concerns; assist with logistics, including room/space reservations, parking and transportation, safety, permits, food, supplies, vendors, refreshments/snacks/meals; assist with student event staff and all other event needs. Virtual Summer Academies (May August): responsible for conducting the virtual experiences, including communications and newsletters for the Summer Engineering Experience and the Summer Learning Academy; conduct the weekly Role Model Monday Webinars and ensure high-quality program delivery; coordinate with Sr. Program Coordinator on student registration and participant experience elements. STEM Girl Day Support (August-February): support Sr. Program Coordinator with all aspects of the event, including participant communications and marketing; registration, messaging, follow-up, special needs/requests/interpreters, and other participant-related needs/concerns; assist with event logistics, including room/space reservations, parking and transportation, safety, permits, food, tent rental, physical plant needs, supplies, vendors, volunteer t-shirts, volunteer snacks, staff refreshments/snacks/meals; assist with student event staff and all other event needs.
