Applied Materials Technical Project/Program Management III - (E3) in Austin, Texas
Key Responsibilities
NPI Project management, with possibility of people management.
Develop project plans and act as Project Manager to hit cost and performance timelines.
Will prepare project plan and coordinates the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. Maintains matrix for process improvements
Will drive project deliverables and task details by through the use reports, tracking charts and checklists.
Monitors, and reports to the business unit on project's cost performance.
Will participate on intra business unit design teams to complete projects. Will contribute to the team's technical development in the pursuit of the team's project goals.
Functional Knowledge
Strong technical background. Detailed knowledge in areas of PVD Chamber build and test, RF Match, wafer handling and robotics.
Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
Strong knowledge of Applied Materials QMS system.
Business Expertise
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Familiarity with SAP, CORE, Microsoft Project.
Leadership
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
Effective people manager, with a strong ability to influence people who are not in direct org.

- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

U.S. Salary Range:
$104,000.00 - $143,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
