Robert Half is working with a client in Austin that is hiring a IT Support Technician. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting end users remotely and in person. This would be a great position for someone who enjoys being onsite and interacting with other people.

POSITION: IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

LOCATION: AUSTIN - HYBRID -

DURATION: 6 MONTH CONTRACT TO HIRE

RATE: $28-33

o Hardware and Software support

o End user support

o Working with end users onsite and remotely

o Excellent customer service

o Ability to relay technical terms to non-technical users

o Deployments and updates

Requirements

• Desktop Support experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Windows 10/11

• iPad Support

• Active Directory

• Hardware break/fix

• Imaging

• Inventory Management

• Device management - Intune
