Your key responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing one, or more, high-performing engagement teams at an executive level within the practice and the firm. You can expect to work with high-level client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance specific functional areas within your specialized area of supply chain.

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge across supply chain. Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offering that may assist current customer base.
Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process.
Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients.
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor's degree and approximately ten years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately seven years of related work experience
A minimum of six years' experience in providing complex consultative services in Supply chain Network strategy and design
7-10 years of experience within Advanced Manufacturing or Mobility industry supply chain function
4-6 years experience in developing and executing supply chain network models with optimization software such as Llamasoft
Deep knowledge and experience in designing and developing end-to-end Supply Chain visibility solutions
A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for resilient & autonomous supply chains and end-to-end supply chain visibility
A proven track record of driving revenue within existing clients and developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies
A willingness to travel to meet client needs. A valid driver's license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally
Use your knowledge to mentor and lead a team of professionals on multiple projects
Ideally, you'll have
A bachelor's degree, a master's degree focusing on engineering, supply chain, and/ or business
Approximately 5 years of recent supply chain consulting experience at a large / Big Four consulting firm
Develop to build a book of business and lead in the client proposal process
