What Product and Solutions Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health

Product and Solutions are responsible for supporting customer reporting and financial needs. This function also provides data operation support to Cardinal Health pharmacy solutions teams.

Job Summary

The Sr Specialist, Product and Solutions Marketing will support the Medicine Shoppe Franchise Business Consultants (FBCs) by providing reporting and analytics related to franchisees. The role also tracks the business’s performance against goals. Performs nonstandard financial responsibilities by working with external financial institutions to ensure payment compliance.

The role will support daily data vendor operations including new setups and offboards, contract management, and tracking data integrity. This role works closely with the Cardinal Health pharmacy solutions teams to ensure they have the data and support needed to operate.

Responsibilities

Medicine Shoppe (MSI)

  • Support the growth of the MSI Franchise to meet or exceed financial and store transaction goals

  • Assist with Owners Advisory Council by providing reporting and analytics

  • Collaborate with the MSI Marketing, MSI Sales, Finance, and FBCs

  • Develop and maintain customer reporting and analytics for MSI stores, including monitoring compliance with EQuIPP and OutcomesMTM.

  • Perform weekly financial responsibilities

  • Track and analyze performance against MSI goals

  • Support ad hoc reporting requests as they arise

  • Create PowerPoint presentations for Operating Committee meetings

  • Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a task tracker for ongoing initiatives

Data Operations

  • Identify and resolve data gaps to ensure an ideal customer experience through continuous monitoring and auditing.

  • Manage central repository for third-party contracts related to our solutions and prepare reports summarizing upcoming contract expirations

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams, customer-facing teams, and external data vendors to support activating customer data feeds

  • Work closely and communicate effectively with IT partners, management, external vendors, and team members to support daily operations and tasks.

  • Daily monitoring of the GMB and Data Request Tickets.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience, preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • Skilled at root-causing, data analysis, and business-partnering with other areas

  • Microsoft Excel knowledge

  • Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Business Objects, SAP, and QuickBase experience is a plus

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytic skills

  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Process improvement or project management experience is preferred

  • Baseline understanding of HIPAA and how to manage and protect PHI

  • Basic understanding of operations and claims processing in a pharmacy or operations of a pharmacy management system experience is a plus

Anticipated salary range: $67,500-$96,400
