As our Sr. Product Manager - Tech, you'll play a crucial role in realizing our vision of becoming the most trusted Customer Care organization in the healthcare industry. Your focus will be on harnessing Generative AI and advanced technologies to create exceptional, trustworthy automated experiences that set new standards in customer care.

Key job responsibilities

In 2025, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of innovative solutions that not only delight customers but also build unwavering trust in our services. This role requires adaptability, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while consistently driving results that elevate our Customer Care to unprecedented levels of reliability and excellence.

You will:

• Define and execute the vision for AI-driven customer care solutions

• Utilize AWS Connect to enhance our customer interaction capabilities

• Lead the evolution of our Knowledge Management tools

• Collaborate across operations, business, and technology teams

• Work closely with other AHS Product, Tech and UX leaders to create intuitive, customer-centric solutions

• Continuously elevate product excellence and customer experience (internal/external)

• Understand Generative AI and its practical applications in customer experience

• Enabled AWS Connect based experiences

• Have a strong background in Knowledge Management systems

• Lead and influence in ambiguous environments

• Customer-centric philosophy and data-driven decision-making skills

• Exceptional resilience and problem-solving skills to address complex, evolving challenges

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
