Senior Consultant, Technical Program Management

Join us as a Program Manager on our Technical Program Management team in Austin, Texas to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

As a Program Manager, you are the Core Team leader, focal point presenting recommendations and status to our Business Executives. You will be responsible to lead and drive a diverse team of cross-functional experiences to deliver a portfolio of products and solutions that meet or exceed program and business objectives, in order to delight our customers and enable our business to grow and win. You will govern cross-functional team members to deliver to their commitment in accordance to our product lifecycle development process to maintain ISO compliance.

You will:

  • Lead a portfolio of programs; with a high degree of complexity and/or business impact.

  • Manage risks, identify, and implement effective contingency plans.

  • Analyze data, facts, recommends and influences business Executives.

  • Identify strategic opportunities, lead and develop complex initiatives.

  • Help coach and develop diverse pool of talents and cross-functional team members.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 12 years of Program Management experience in Notebook, Mobile, or related IT products

  • Fluent English.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management

  • Strategic or Portfolio program management experiences in leading multiple and complex programs
