Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000+ professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.
The GPS Human Services Transformation offering designs and implements large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies as well as higher education institutions. With end-users, customers, and workers at the center, we collaborate with our clients to deliver quality human services and work to support individuals in need. Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.
Qualifications
Required:
*Bachelor's degree required
*15+ years of experience in consulting or relevant industry experience
10+ years of experience in Project Leadership, Management, or Business & Systems Transformation
8+ years of Government Public Sector experience, specifically in the State and Local space.
Experience with client and team management including proactive value creation activities and supporting pre-sales activities, solution design and project planning.
Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Must be located in Austin, TX

Preferred:
MBA or other Master's Degree
Ability to leverage pre-existing network of clients or contacts in the marketplace
Deep domain knowledge in Health and Human Services Agencies
Proven expertise in leading a complex sales process
Ability to craft sophisticated solutions with creative value propositions and economic models.
