Description
We're seeking an experienced software tester with an emphasis on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on-device and web sales applications for AppleCare sales product teams. You will play a significant role in ensuring AppleCare Digital's software sales initiatives have met the required quality standards before releases go live. Key responsibilities include: Test Environment & Equipment Set up Test User Stories & Requirements Identify Software Bugs Troubleshoot Issues Provide Risk Assessment Prior to Software Release Go Live! Review and address post Go Live! bugs
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) customer journey's
Deep knowledge of software development life cycle, Agile testing methodologies, and testing tools
Experience in developing test plans, assessing risk, filing appropriate defects, and software QA metrics
Experience performing manual testing of iOS and web based applications
Sales transactional testing experience (credit card payment gateways and payment processing)
Experience with defect management and reporting systems
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Good communication and team collaboration skills

5+ years of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) customer journey's
Test automation development
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguous tasks and accommodate evolving business needs
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Experience successfully partnering with onshore and offshore testers
Project Management Certification
