The ServiceNow Architect will be a senior team member who streamlines and automates business processes. By staying current with platform enhancements and emerging trends, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and automation that improves customer and employee experience. As an expert in the platform, you will assist in guiding the design, architecture, build, and maintenance of Dell Medicals ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Evaluate project feasibility and provide technical leadership to ensure the successful execution of projects. Formulate implementation plans and complete implementation, testing, and documentation for new functionality.Review programs and systems written by other team members and provide technical expertise and feedback. Provide mentoring to junior staff.Stay current with platform enhancements and emerging trends to drive innovation and automation that improves customer and employee experience. Create and maintain technical architecture documentation.Other related duties as assigned.
