Responsible for the end-to-end logistics process including documentation, transportation, delivery, and freight billingCoordinate carriers for time-critical/security-sensitive projects and resolve shipping exceptions/damage claims/invoicesPrepare and dispatch small parcel/large freight per UT, DoD and carrier requirementsCreate and maintain accurate shipping documents in compliance with DOT standards and guidelinesAcquire and maintain certification to ship hazardous materials per 49CFR/IATA/IMDG regulationsReceive, inspect and deliver incoming material per ARL/UT proceduresCommunicate daily with ADS staff, Facilities, Labs and offsite partnersSafely unload/load and deliver material with forkliftAnticipate requirements and assume responsibility as a floater for other duties as needed
