Langan is seeking aSr. Site/Civil Project Managerto join its collaborative team inAustin, TX. This individual will serve a key function in leading and supporting design, permitting and client management/development efforts for a variety of site development projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner cross-functionally with top industry leadership on a diverse arrayof premier site development projects working on exciting and meaningful projects across many different market sectors with a focus on projects within the City Limits of Austin.
Job Responsibilities
Design and permit commercial, institutional, residential/multi-family, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed-use projects for both private and public clients;
Work closely with Texas leadership to develop growth plans and ensure staff utilization;
