CVS Health Senior Manager, Dental Network Management in Austin, Texas

Position Summary

This position has accountability for managing a designated team of dental network recruiters and recruitment campaigns. Is additionally responsible for maintaining, reinforcing, and fostering important growth initiatives for network improvement. This role is fully remote/WFH.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience is preferred

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel

  • Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong negotiation expertise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Team lead, people manager, or project management experience to lead in projects or initiatives

  • Knowledge of current health insurance marketplace and terminology

  • Proven working knowledge of provider financial and operational issues as they relate to health insurance

  • Consistently meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and organizational awareness

  • Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills to interact with all levels of corporate personnel, clients and providers

  • Working knowledge of CRM software (ex. Salesforce, etc.)

  • Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas of responsibility, including overnight stays (20% and as assigned)

Education

  • Associates degree in related field, or minimum 5 years’ experience. Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $149,328.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
