The VMware GTM Operations organization is looking for a Senior Manager of Innovation Operations within the Customer Experience and Success (CXS) Operations team . As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading improvements to our operational infrastructure, systems/tools and processes, as well as the operational integration of M&A initiatives.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Run Sales and Delivery Operations work streams for various transformational projects across VMware Professional Services and CXS

  • Represent GTM Operations in the improvement, integration and application of our PSA and CRM tools, and function as a liaison with our field teams across CXS

  • Become a subject matter expert in our Sales and Delivery and quote-to-cash processes and policies, participating in initiatives that implement process improvement

  • Lead the operationalization of M&A integration, providing business and other support teams with guidance around how new organizations should leverage existing processes and tools

  • Translate business needs into specific process and reporting requirements in support of key strategic initiatives, including those related to SaaS transformation

  • Provide CXS senior leadership with regular updates and reporting on the progress of strategic initiatives

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience working in sales operations, program management or business operations within a complex software and consulting environment

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with diverse stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Experience with Salesforce, Changepoint and Gainsight preferred

  • Program or Project Management skills (no certification required)

  • Strong communication, business analysis and problem-solving skills
