Serve as the primary financial lead for analyzing new business and financial proposals, capital investments, and business and academic program opportunities, in collaboration with senior leadership and the Planning and Business Development team.Develop new administrative, policy and financial structures to support the next phase of the Medical Schools development and growth. This includes building a long-term economic forecasting model to support and illustrate the strategic plan and vision for the Medical School.Support Medical School domains with financial planning, contract management and risk mitigation in alignment with senior leadership.? Manage the annual budgeting process from a strategic and oversight perspective.Supervise the Financial Reporting and Procurement/Purchasing functions of the Medical School. Ensure appropriate oversight and accounting controls are in place.Supervise the UTHA Clinical Finance team.Other related duties as assigned.
