The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Consumer Innovation and Capabilities, this position's primary responsibilities will include deployment of digital initiatives in partnership with technology teams and data analytics of the customer experience. The position is within the Consumer Asset Management (CAM) Analytics team in Auto Finance which is focused on managing the delinquent customer experience. A key part of the role involves requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment and tracking project delivery. In addition, the role includes business impact analysis and tracking customer engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, proactive and inquisitive, with a passion for driving results by challenging the status quo.

The Work Itself

Work closely with Technology, Digital and Data Analytics partners to enhance servicing capabilities. Improving customer experience by enabling digital transformation across various platforms. Lead, manage and rollout new deployments through a blend of data analytics and product ownership, representing business requirements. Evaluate customer-facing touchpoints and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage and maintain our growing array of digital assets including governance with a goal to optimize servicing strategy experiencesLearn our systems and leverage customer insights to deliver solutions for servicing stakeholders. Function as a subject matter expert (SME) in key technology and data management areas.Represent the business by leading digital transformation projects. Closely work with Technology, Digital, Data Shared Services, Operations, Compliance and other stakeholders.Validate project delivery using post-deployment checks, reviewing business requirements, tracking performance, and tracking defects/enhancements.Manage the priorities using sound control processes (daily/weekly/monthly) to effectively identify, assess, and manage risk. Manage project flow, remove blocks, and use data to prioritize projects.

The Skills You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a similar discipline with some quantitative coursework required
  • Strong data analytics experience (2+ years) with tools like Snowflake, SQL, PowerBI, Excel, etc. Build and run queries to solve business problems. Conduct data analysis independently required
  • 2-3 years of experience in data driven Digital Transformation with consumer-facing products and features. Focus on project delivery to improve end-user experience.
  • Highly inquisitive. Extremely detail oriented. Challenges the status quo; seek improvements. Extremely collaborative, works well with teams, and is proactive to address business needs.
  • Familiar with Scrum framework and willing to learn the Agile process including gathering requirements, grooming, sprint cycles, and user acceptance testing. Optimize product lifecycle through continuous feedback.
  • Ability to function as a product owner or SME. Strong attention to detail. Good at communicating analytical insights clearly and concisely to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred:

  • Master’s Degree in a quantitative/technical discipline (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering).
  • 2+ years of Advanced data analytics. Experience with data, key metrics, reporting, ad hoc analyses, etc. Identify data outliers, process flaws, etc.
  • Experience in automotive or financial services industry, especially in collections, loss prevention, and recovery areas.

Base Pay Range:

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
