DoorDash Senior Associate, Drive New Verticals Strategy & Operations in Austin, Texas
About the Team
DoorDash Drive is our hyper-growth fulfillment platform serving restaurants, grocers and retailers on a global scale. The Drive New Verticals team works with merchants across Grocery, Convenience, Retail, Pharma, and more, and determines the strategy on how to meet merchant partners where their needs are and solves complicated operational problems to better serve our partners, their customers, and our Dashers.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about scaling high growth products to join our New Verticals rocketship on Drive, DoorDash’s white label fulfillment offering. You will be responsible for scaling our Drive Grocery and Dasher Shop business with strategic partners, unlocking accessibility to local businesses on their own terms, and launching new products and services to expand our TAM. This role will oversee the growth, profitability and strategy for our Drive Grocery and Dasher Shop business in the US market. We are looking for a highly motivated first principles thinker who has a deep sense of ownership and is able to walk the fine line between diving into the lowest level of detail in our data and product while still being able to think about the high level strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Drive Strategy and Operations, you will work closely with product, engineering, operations, integrations, business development and other teams to make your vision a reality. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.

Compensation
The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

New York Pay Range:
$94,000 — $141,000 USD
Washington Pay Range:
$89,300 — $133,900 USD
