Application Coordination and Lead NurtureServe as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in the Universitys new AI Certificate program.Proactively nurture relationships with prospective students through marketing activities, with an initial focus on writing, designing, and building emails within an email marketing system.Provide personalized support, understanding each applicants unique background, goals, and challenges to enhance their application experience.Understand and use university databases to update and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, Smartsheet, and other department systems.Assist the CDSO team with administrative duties related to launching a new academic program.Collaborate with CDSO team and relevant product managers to develop and refine communication strategies, ensuring alignment with enrollment goals.Program CoordinationOversee Graduate Coordinator duties, becoming the primary point of contact for students in the AI Certificate program.Provide in-depth information and clarification on program policies, rules, and regulations. Assist with enrollment, registration and financial processes relating to the certificate.Manage student records, registration, and enrollment processes, maintaining accurate databases and ensuring compliance with institutional regulations.Track and evaluate program effectiveness, retention, and outcomes. Share insights with faculty and utilize data to drive program improvements.Update and maintain program documentation, student resources, and the program website in coordination with the CDSO team.Represent graduate student interests in program meetings and campus-wide forums, such as the Graduate Coordinator Network.Participate in occasional online information sessions and support tasks assigned by the CDSO Team.Support CDSO Assistant Director with financial and administrative tasks as needed.Ongoing Lead Nurturing ResponsibilitiesContinue to build and grow the CDSO lead nurture and recruitment operation for future applicant cohorts, including building/delivering webinars and phone outreach.Collaborate with marketing and enrollment teams to refine strategies and provide data-driven insights for recruitment initiatives.Monitor and analyze application performance metrics (e.g., lead management, conversion rates, student satisfaction), identifying and implementing strategies for improvement.Attend and support recruiting events such as information sessions, office hours, industry trade shows, and professional conferences.
