Assist the Graduate Advisor in advising students for registration.Assist with assigning TA and AI assignments, making recommendations to Graduate Advisor.Collaborate with faculty and chair to submit documents for course approval.Coordinate graduate admission process.Devise a schedule for courses to accommodate departmental and pedagogical needs, Registrar's regulations, and faculty preferences.Input course information in FaSET and monitor its accuracy.Keep records of graduate student progress toward degrees through Programs of Work and dept. files and databases. Coordinate and administer exams.Serve as authoritative information source for all graduate student inquiries for current, prospective, and former graduate students.Other related duties as assigned.
