Insight Global Sales Executive in Austin, Texas

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sales Executive to join one of our clients specializing in network infrastructure services. This person will be overseeing an up and coming Midwest territory, with the goal to expand the market presence within the oil and gas, telecom, and utilities sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within these industries. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within each sector, as well as the ability to tailor sales strategies to meet the specific needs of our clients. The Sales Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, leveraging their industry expertise to position the solutions effectively. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to achieve sales targets, expand their client base, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

This role requires 50% travel to clients, with this resource working remotely the other 50%.

We are targeting those located in 1 of the following areas: Austin TX OR Houston, TX OR Dallas, TX.

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years of experience with outside sales targeting clients within the Oil/Gas, Utilities, and/or Telecommunication industries

-Technical experience selling the following: Industrial automation services, SCADA systems, wireless communication services, and more.

-Proven track record of building out a territory from scratch

-Experience with in-person selling null
