Hiring and supervising student staff.Scheduling work shifts.Monitoring and responding to equipment issues related to the recreation center and Esports Lounge and Arena.Supervising cash handling operations for the recreation center and Esports Lounge and Arena.Serving as manager when in the absence of the Senior Retail Manager.Orders merchandise, conducts monthly inventory, prices merchandise and purchases equipment needed for the specific retail areas.May develop annual budget and coordinate special sales events.Performing other duties as assigned by the Senior Retail Manager related to maintaining the recreation center and Esports Lounge and Arena. Ability to function independently in the day-to-day activities of the recreation center.
