Design, develop, optimize, and conduct molecular experiments and techniques including nucleic acid extraction, amplification, detection, cloning and sequencing.Design, develop, prototype, and fabricate diagnostic devices including microfluidics and biosensors.Analyze and interpret experimental data using appropriate statistical methods and software for technical reports, publications, and presentations.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including engineers, clinicians, and public health experts to integrate diagnostic technologies into practical applications.Mentor and supervise junior researchers and students, providing hands-on training in molecular biology techniques, 3D printing, assay optimization, and data analysis.Oversee the purchase, assembly, operation, maintenance, and repair of lab equipment, including 3D printers.Additional duties as assigned
