We are looking for a talented and proactive person who will join our team as Project Execution Team Lead!

The position is part of the Project Execution Department.

The Project Execution Team Lead will be managing a team that will be responsible for executing several projects. Your team will be formed by Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Technical Commissioners.

This position is based out of our DNV office in Austin, TX with a hybrid or flexible work arrangement. Other locations might be considered

What you’ll do

  • Continuous performance evaluation of the team

  • Projects allocation to the available resources

  • Helping the company to win new deals by understanding the customer needs

  • One to One meeting with the team members

  • Help keep a high engagement on the team

  • Leasing with the other team members to improve processes inside the department

  • Ensure that the processes are being followed and the projects are delivered with the highest quality possible

  • Managing escalations appropriately

  • Prioritize the most urgent task and guide the team toward completing the projects

  • Processing the internal company processes as a Team Lead responsible for a team

  • You will have an overview of all the projects being developed worldwide by the team and report the economic status and completion status when needed

  • Involving the needed internal teams to ensure the progression of the projects

  • You will be reporting to the Global Head of Project Execution

  • Make sure that the Projects are completed in time and manner

  • Carry out Project Management and Engineering actions

  • Customer relations during the life of the project

  • Communication with customers and other Stakeholders

What is Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial/Electrical/Energy/Electronics Engineering (or other relevant disciplines)

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the industry

  • Proven experience in managing teams and resources

  • Team management and Resource allocation

  • Coaching and engagement of team’s experience

  • Proven experience in the RE Sector

  • Proven experience in managing and dealing with customers

  • Open-minded and Out of the box-thinking in front of challenges

  • Driven by communication and customer centricity

  • Performance evaluation experience on employees

  • Renewable Energy Plants/Projects/Market proficient understanding and knowledge

  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation, including a willingness to develop and enjoy taking on challenges and responsibilities

  • Proactivity and autonomous kind of person

  • Proficient in Planning/Managing and also, Project Economics’ main KPIs

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Proficient communication skills, including the ability to write clear and accurate reports in English
