Responsibilities
Provides clinical expertise and support to Executive Directors, Health Care Administrator, Director of Clinical Services, RN Case Manager, Health and Wellness Directors and Skilled Interdisciplinary Team within a region. This support includes monitoring compliance of healthcare systems and quality, as well as training development of associates. Provides oversight and support to ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsible for the education, implementation, and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures, in accordance with state and federal regulatory guidelines.
Conducts regular quality audits through regional site visits and pre-survey audits of all health care areas to ensure compliance with Brookdale standards and state regulations, appropriate resident assessments, charges, and placement, appropriate staffing, staff training, and quality insurance.
Provides clinical guidance to Skilled associates, when necessary, to determine appropriateness for resident move-ins.
Promotes problem solving and utilizes community resources and support systems to address skilled resident needs.
Analyzes various Skilled healthcare reports to track and trend healthcare outcomes to assist the District Director of Operations in process improvement efforts.

Qualifications
Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree (B.S.N.) from a four-year college or university preferred; must have RN license; and a minimum of five to seven years related experience and/or training, most of which are in a geriatric field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with the elderly required and must have a thorough understanding of aging issues related to health.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special RequirementsLicensed as a registered nurse. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business travel. CPR Certification required.

$121,780.00 - $155,135.48 / year
