Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring, monitoring, and supporting QA Analysts in documenting detailed and exhaustive test cases.

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You'll Do

  • Provide training to QA Analysts in documenting detailed and comprehensive test cases

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of test cases

  • Assist QA Analysts in understanding and applying best practices for test case documentation

  • Identify opportunities for test automation and work with teams to implement automated testing solutions

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve testing processes and methodologies

  • Ensure all test cases are well-documented, detailed, and follow a consistent format

  • Act as a liaison between business resources and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of test case documentation and automation efforts ​

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in test automation and 2 years in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes

  • Experience with software quality assurance and testing large, complex e-commerce websites

  • Experience managing a team of offshore test automation engineers

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
