Responsibilities

Health Practice Area

  • Works closely with Proposal Manager on assigned RFP and Bids

  • Coordinates the collection and creation of assigned proposal components to ensure all information is accurate, compliant and inclusive

  • Collects information and begins early draft development of assigned sections and marketing forms

  • Leads the proposal development process and supports through pre-RFP through post-award

  • Directs the internal flow and review of proposal content

  • Ensures all proposal responses are tracked

  • Directs the production of final proposals

  • Ensures that all proposals submitted are of the highest quality and are submitted in a timely manner

  • Oversees and ensures the Proposal Center's database is accurate and updated: categorizing, organizing, and maintaining different types of documentation and writings

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a communications-related field

  • Experience with proposals, writing, content editing, document requirements, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Able to work with a diverse range of people

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work with all levels of staff

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within stringent deadlines

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and collaborativeenvironment

  • Action oriented and produces high-quality work products

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
