Project Management Day-to-Day Skills: Provide administrative coordination for all Center Core leads, CRC screening stakeholder organizations, and steering committee. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes. Understanding, identifying activities to work towards, and tracking of all grant goals and objectives to ensure they are being met as outlined in the project timeline. Collect and maintain all study related program documents and for regulatory and reporting purposes. Prepare quarterly and annual reports for the funding agency. Manage financial reporting and budgetary oversight. Maintain ethics and compliance standards the protection of human subjects, institutional training and any additional training required by the institution or funding agency.Stakeholder and Partner Engagement Skills: Develop and maintain relationships with CRC screening stakeholder organizations. Manage the dissemination of resources and protocols to Stakeholder Network. Create and disseminate a guide of resources, protocols, and evidence-based strategies for CRC screening. Develop and maintain a repository of CRC screening resources across the state.Data Collection and Management Skills: Manage primary data collection, including developing and maintaining databases. Assist with development of surveys, forms, and tools for tracking data. Develop and submit Institutional Review Board application and related documents for all surveys. Administer surveys and manage survey data. Assist with post award management including preparation of progress and annual reports.Health Education: Assist with developing education and training materials for communities and staff, and coordinate and conduct education and training sessions.Communication and Organizational Skills: Develop and maintain social media accounts. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and partners across the state. Facilitate communication across the Cores and deliverable workgroups to ensure collaborative progress towards overlapping goals and objectives. Create and maintain a centralized system for all resources, documents, and paperwork related to each core and component of the program.Other related duties as assigned.
