include: Supporting and managing a Central Texas breast cancer project. Establishing relationships with external collaborators. Collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Enhancing community outreach and engagement.PurposeThe Project Manager will provide project management, develop relationships with collaborators, manage outreach and educational presentations, offer administrative support, collect and manage data, and organize meetings. Additionally, they will maintain a centralized system for program resources, provide health navigation assistance, support program implementation, ensure protocol compliance, and lead data collection and analysis efforts.ResponsibilitiesProject Management and Day-to-Day and Administrative Skills: Provide administrative support for the Principal Investigator and Program Manager. Assist in the supervision of the community health worker/navigator, data analyst, and any other volunteers as needed. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes. Tracking of all grant goals and objectives to ensure they are being met in a timely manner. Collect and maintain all study related program documents and for regulatory and reporting purposes. Manage financial reporting and budgetary oversight. Maintain ethics and compliance standards for the protection of human subjects, institutional training, and any additional training required by the institution or funding agency.Partner Engagement Skills: Maintain relationship with ABH-CTX 2 collaborators, including but not limited to: Lone Star Circle of Care, Black Mens Health Clinic, Ascension Seton, Austin Radiological Association. Liaise with community and clinic points of contact. Maintain sub-awards and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner.Data Collection and Management Skills: Manage primary data collection, develop, and maintain databases. Assist with development of surveys, forms, and tools for tracking data. Ensure randomization schema is followed appropriately. Manage participant and survey data. Assist with post award management including preparation of progress and annual reports.Communication and Organizational Skills: Maintain regular communication with sub-awardees and community partners. Create and maintain a centralized system for all program documents.Other related duties as assigned.
