Summary:

Problem Integrity Operations aims to create a safe, inclusive environment for the people building community on our platforms by understanding the impacts of global and local trends and addressing and preventing negative experiences. We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for mitigating real world harm, protecting our community and supporting our users. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insights into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Engineering, Policy and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a time-sensitive and data-driven environment on the Problem Integrity Operations team.

Required Skills:

Project Manager, Problem Integrity Operations Responsibilities:

1. Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis and strategy development. Working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement innovative community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements

2. Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and time-sensitive environment

3. Analyze data to identify trends and suggest recommendations to improve operations

4. Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems

5. Build effective cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users

6. Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community

7. Develop in depth uderstanding of content integrity issues and how they affect our community

8. Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially problematic content and enforcements

Minimum Qualifications:

9. Bachelor's or other advanced degree

10. 2+ years of work experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations

11. 1+ year of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) tools

12. Analytically driven, understands nuances and patterns within large data sets

13. Problem-solver with proven execution and experience to influence and coordinate with cross-functional teams

14. Experience communicating issues and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

15. Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions

Public Compensation:

$34.62/hour to $109,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
