Description

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Project Assistant to help us build lasting relationships with our community. In this role, you’ll engage directly with consumers across multiple channels, deliver personalized experiences, and provide valuable insights to improve the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage Across Channels: Handle inquiries through email, SMS, and phone calls, with opportunities to support social media interactions.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the community management team to ensure authentic and meaningful consumer engagement.

• Delight Our Community: Create special moments by sending personalized notes and surprise gifts to loyal community members.

• Identify and Share Trends: Track common themes and feedback from community conversations, offering insights to enhance the overall consumer experience.

• Content Development Support: Partner with the content team to turn frequently asked questions and consumer input into engaging, informative, or creative content.

• Be a Brand Advocate: Fully embrace the company’s mission and values to represent the brand passionately and authentically.

  Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, engaging tone.

• Passion for customer engagement, creating memorable experiences, and identifying trends.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Attention to detail and creativity in crafting meaningful consumer interactions.

• Prior experience in customer service, community management, or a similar role is a plus.
