Gather, synthesize, and disseminate information to the right people at the right time to effectively advance priority projects and mission, while ensuring alignment and transparency across all stakeholders.Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholder groups to scope and advance plans for high priority projects. This includes academic and non-academic university leaders, advisors, stakeholders, and prospective partners. Effectively communicate and engage with internal and external audiences to build consensus and successfully drive projects forward.Support and cultivate university partnerships with external agencies, organizations, and individual stakeholders. Serve as an advisor and collaborator to SVP/COO leaders and teams.Support the day-to-day advancement of select priority projects and initiatives. Manage project records, ensure all stakeholders remain informed of project status and manage expectations, proactively identify challenges and opportunities and provide unit leaders with quality and timely information to drive strategy.Apply and use the units suite of project management and business analytics tools to track and implement priority projects on time, on budget and with exceptional quality.
