Description

The role is within the Infrastructure Platform Management sector, with a focus on ServiceNow Incident Request and Change Management. The workplace is fast-paced and requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage customer applications and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of Incident Request and Change Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform

• Collaborate with key stakeholders in Infrastructure Operations Engineering and Service Desk to identify and document areas of improvement

• Develop and manage product and capability roadmaps, prioritizing feature enhancements and functionality improvements

• Implement process and technical solutions in ServiceNow that align with organizational goals and enhance user experience

• Lead the planning and execution of Incident Request and Change Management projects, including defining project scope and managing timelines

• Ensure the completion of process-related deliverables while maintaining high quality and timely delivery

• Continually evolve solutions to meet the changing demands of the business, with a focus on automation and future GenAI technologies in ServiceNow

• Develop technology solutions that support objectives around single source of truth and single pane of glass

• Oversee resources and manage customer credit applications efficiently and accurately

• Maintain customer credit records and resolve customer inquiries.

Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service

• Excellent Communication skills

• Experience with Reporting and Planning

• Strong skills in Analytics and Quality Review

• Knowledge of IT Operations and Database management

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proven experience in Project Management

• Ability to deliver compelling Presentations

• Proficiency in the English Language

• Skilled in Negotiation and Implementation

• Good Networking abilities

• Background in Engineering

• Experience in Metric Reporting

• Proficiency in SQL

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology

• Ability to engage and manage Stakeholders

• Proven ability to Execute plans and strategies

• Experience dealing with C-Suite level executives

• Knowledge of Best Practices in product management
