Primary responsibilities will be to author and co-author papers for publications and reports, and for presentation at national conferences. The post-doctoral fellow will work with Dr. Alexandra Loukas, project collaborators, and staff members to address innovative research questions. The post-doctoral fellow will design, revise, and implement self-report surveys to young adults; clean, prepare, and analyze data; and disseminate findings in the form of publications, presentations, and other reports, including those required by funders. The post-doctoral fellow will also participate in grant writing.Disseminate findings from TRET data sources in the form of peer-reviewed publications and final reports for grant funders. Includes developing research questions, implementing surveys, cleaning, preparing, and analyzing data.Present findings from TRET data sources at national and local conferences, as well as local meetings.Design, revise, and implement surveys.Help with submission of TRET grants.Attend TRET meetings to communicate findings and results and brainstorm ideas.
