Co-design a research agenda with relevant stakeholders and identify meaningful information that could deepen understanding of the drivers of health and mental health as well as offer solutions for overcoming the root causes of health and mental health disparities and inequities in Texas and the nation.Conduct literature reviews, analyze data, and/or synthesize research that supports the goals of the foundation, grant partners, and stakeholders.Develop publications, such as journal articles and blog posts, that contribute to the body of knowledge about the intersectionality of racial justice and the drivers of health and mental health.Create summaries and data visualization for grant partners and members of the public.Assist in the meeting design, facilitation, and synthesize the lessons learned for the Dialogues on Mental Health Records project.Participate in foundation-wide activities, group learning, and cross-unit committees.
