UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN Portfolio Manager - TIE, Office of Sponsored Projects in Austin, Texas
Daily oversight and management of the TIE sponsored project portfolio to include all actions handled by Post-Award in both UTRMS and *Define. Actions include but are not limited to award entry into UTRMS, establishing financial accounts in the OSP portfolio, reviewing and approving expenditures, supporting TIE in problem solving issues, and maintaining financial trackers and reporting to sponsors.Regularly provide support and direction to TIE to ensure compliance with UT System, University, state and federal rules, regulations and laws as they relate to the sponsored projects in the TIE and OSP portfolio.Participates and collaborates in meetings with TIE, sponsors, OSP leadership, and University units as needed to help mitigate potential hurdles.Works closely with the Associate Director of Post-Award and provides regular updates.Special projects as assigned by Associate Director of Post-Award.
