Our client, a dynamic player in the technology industry, is seeking a Performance Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the analytics department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a natural curiosity, and the ability to adapt communication styles, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract, cleanse, and analyze performance data related to servicing Apple Pay products
Create regular performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and ensure data accuracy.
What's Needed?
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Tableau, PowerBI or Looker
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel and the iWork Suite (Pages, Numbers, Keynote)
Familiarity with the Apple Pay ecosystem, including Apple Card, Apple Cash, and adjacent products
Experience working with contact centers is a plus
