Our client, a dynamic player in the technology industry, is seeking a Performance Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the analytics department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a natural curiosity, and the ability to adapt communication styles, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract, cleanse, and analyze performance data related to servicing Apple Pay products

• Create regular performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and ensure data accuracy.

What's Needed?

• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Tableau, PowerBI or Looker

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and the iWork Suite (Pages, Numbers, Keynote)

• Familiarity with the Apple Pay ecosystem, including Apple Card, Apple Cash, and adjacent products

• Experience working with contact centers is a plus
