Rocket Software Order Management Specialist in Austin, Texas

Job Description Summary:
The Order Management Specialist will work closely with Rocket’s sales team to process orders in Salesforce and will be responsible for maintaining new and renewal records with accurate pricing, customer and product information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage small-to-medium-sized customer renewal records (80%)
Follow the established renewal cycle process to ensure the generation of timely quotes.
Post renewal, ensure invoices are properly generated and delivered, and next year’s renewal record is accurately generated.
Track and update assets as needed to ensure appropriate level of entitlement, access, and support for customers.
Process new orders (15%)
Review Salesforce opportunities for approved quotes from Sales.
Update Salesforce to make any needed adjustments/corrections for order accuracy.
Process and fulfill the order (including proper license key delivery).
Ensure invoices are properly generated and delivered.
Customer Support (5%)
Assist internal and external customers in resolving order-related issues that may require redirection via emails or phone calls.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years work experience in Order management, ideally with global software company Experience with software maintenance renewal activity
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related-field, or equivalent experience
General knowledge and experience with computers and business office software (Microsoft, Excel, Windows,) experience with Salesforce highly preferred
Professional demeanor
Good written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented; able to manage large volume of work
Language skills in addition to English a plus

The base salary range for this role is $41,923.00 - $52,404.00 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
