Our client, a worldwide industry-leading electric motor and slip ring supplier, is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Quality Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Technician

Location: Austin, Texas

Pay Range: $28 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assemble mechanical components and systems accurately and efficiently according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.

• Perform in-process and final inspections on mechanical assemblies to ensure they meet all specifications and standards.

• Use precision measurement tools to verify product dimensions and tolerances.

• Document completed work and maintain accurate records of assembly processes.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including updates to quality documentation and assembly processes.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical assembly and quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with measurement tools and quality inspection processes.
