Manage daily operations across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and processes to maximize production efficiency and minimize costs.
Manage production schedules, workforce allocations, and inventory management to meet project deadlines.
Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and processes to maximize production efficiency and minimize costs.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff members. Provide direction, set objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee growth and development.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee and manage special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Ensure that products and services meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor quality control processes to address and resolve any issues related to quality or performance.
Lead, mentor, and train manufacturing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in manufacturing operations.
Manage the maintenance and improvement of equipment and facilities to enhance operational efficiency
Prepare reports on production performance and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA. (preferred)
Six Sigma certification (preferred)
5+ years proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in manufacturing operations and team management. (preferred)
