Seeking an entry-level position in the Semiconductor industry on a 1st shift, M-F 6am-2:30pm? Join a growing company in the semiconductor space as a Machine Operator! This role involves work both inside and outside of the cleanroom environment.

Candidates will be working within a clean room to manufacturing gas weldments for their gas panels. They will also be operating an orbital welding machine. This machine is very simple to operate. They set up the small weldment piece in the machine with another piece and the machine does the rest. The main function is setting up the machinery and pressing a button. They will do some mechanical inspection once the piece comes off the machine. In addition, outside of the cleanroom, they will operate a saw (tube cutting) machine.

Must have base some kind of experience as a machine operator or mechanical quality inspector. It is the same process used to build parts under a hand welder. This role is similar to using a glue gun on a stainless steel and going to the area that you would like to bond together.

Will be reading prints and will require knowledge of reading devices for measuring such as calipers and high gauges. Will also be required to do Asymmetric Views Rolling but Ichor is willing to train on this.
