Stratasys Direct Manufacturing is looking for you to join our team as a Machine Operator on the second shift at our Austin, TX facility. In this role, you will perform low-level maintenance and operation of all production equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring high uptime and high-quality prototypes being produced Some of the responsibilities of this role are:
Staging and storage of raw materials
Load machines for next build
Start machines for new or additional builds
Remove finished build from machines
Perform preliminary part inspection and some finishing of parts
Cleaning and prepping of machine for next build
As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
Basic Reading & Writing skills
Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Office & Email)
Basic Math skills
Exposure to CAD programs
Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
