Supervision: Supervises and supports the training and professional development of undergraduate and graduate student educators. Manages performance, provides feedback, attends weekly team meetings, conducts performance evaluations, and manages corrective and disciplinary action as needed.Administration: Collaborates with departments to identify relevant courses, publicize the SI program, communicate outcomes, and recruit and hire students. Ensures timely and accurate communications are disseminated to campus stakeholders. Organizes SI-related events and maintains programmatic records. Ensures student educator compliance with departmental policy.Direct Student Support: Provides direct service to students, teaches Sanger Learning Center classes and workshops, and provides academic counseling.Assessment and Reporting: Supports supervisor with SI-specific and center-wide data collection and assessment planning.Professional Development: Maintains, participates, and contributes to current knowledge of academic support, theory, and best practices and serves on internal and external committees as needed.Other related functions as assigned
