Develop and conduct instructional needs assessment in accordance with faculty and program pedagogical and student experience objectives.Develop and/or maintain digital instructional materials and courses, including coordinating production of instructional materials in areas such as project milestones, budget, resource time and logistics.Design and configure learning environments to meet the goals of faculty and programs.Develop resources to support instructional best practices throughout McCombs.In coordination with the MOII team, plan and conduct offerings such as workshops, seminars, and one-one consulting sessions with faculty to enhance teaching and learning in online environments.Advise and contribute to other MOII initiatives, such as the Academic Rigor initiative and the Teaching Fellows program.
