Repair, maintenance, and installation of HVAC systems at ARL and LTTS.Building maintenance and repairs in areas such as refrigeration systems, plumbing, air compressors, ice machines and installing and changing water filters.Assist in construction projects including carpentry, painting, furniture and assembly.Logistics support including moving furniture and equipment.Operate construction equipment such as forklifts and vehicles.Effectively use computer systems, software applications such as SharePoint and Excel to track all HVAC related equipments maintenance scheduleOther related functions as assigned.
