UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN Guest Services Manager in Austin, Texas

Collaborate with the Director of Hospitality and other Center teams to improve the guest experience and represent the Guest Services perspective with Center leadership and staff.Ensure the daily operations of the Guest Services team, including admissions, online registration and membership sales, and help center activity are executed using best-in-class hospitality and customer service.Manage the design and implementation of strategies to provide a welcoming admissions experience during daily operations and special events and through phone, web and email inquiries.Manage, schedule, hire, onboard, and train the Guest Services team to fulfill the priorities and strategic goals of the Wildflower Center.Manage the guest services budget in collaboration with Center leadership.Supervise coordinators to ensure the accuracy of reporting for daily admissions and special events.Work with the Director of Hospitality to provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training for the Guest Services team. Enforce Wildflower Center policies and procedures and ensure that staff are trained to appropriately respond to routine questions.Other duties as assigned.
