Supervise, schedule and coordinate assignments for guards. Schedules guards' duty assignments, vacation time and attendance records.Ensures timesheets are accurate and approves on a timely basis as required. Knowledge of the Memo of Understanding Between U.T. Austin and U.T. System Administration.Monitor and assist with the security and protection of U/T System building.Patrols buildings and grounds to check for safety and general building security. Provide friendly and quality information to students, employees and visitors at U/T System Building. Other related functions as assigned.
