Airtable Global Benefits Manager in Austin, Texas

We are seeking a strategic Benefits Manager to join our team. This role requires a blend of hands-on administration and strategic oversight to ensure our benefits programs are competitive, well-managed, and aligned with our company goals. The Benefits Manager will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our benefits programs, partner closely with our accounting, payroll, and HR operations teams, and lead our open enrollment efforts.

What you'll do

  • Oversee day-to-day benefit administration, including medical leave and accommodations.

  • Collaborate with accounting, payroll, and benefits teams for accurate data management and execution.

  • Spearhead the annual open enrollment process, driving design changes based on trend reviews and implementing system updates.

  • Conduct market research and launch ad hoc benefit programs and projects including, but not limited to, global expansion with support from our benefits broker.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

    Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in a benefits administration or a related role.

  • Strong data analysis, communication, and strategic planning skills.

  • Passionate about being hands-on while still operating at a strategic level.

  • Demonstrated ability to build efficient systems and maintain high standards of operational excellence.

  • Has a strong pulse on the changes in benefits regulations and industry trends.

  • Has an employee-first mindset.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:

$196,000 — $277,600 USD

For all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is:

$176,400 — $249,900 USD
