Completes key functions during each phase of the OnRamps enrollment cycle. Implements established processes and protocols with fidelity to ensure accuracy of student records and associated documentation. Contributes to the maintenance and improvement of OnRamps enrollment processes.Provides exceptional customer service and problem-solving to OnRamps students, instructors, and staff members with professionalism, positivity, tact, and decorum. Resolves a variety of questions about OnRamps enrollment and credit using standardized service and support strategies.Fulfills enrollment documentation requests from current and former OnRamps students with accuracy and according to established standards and timelines. Complies with relevant program, state, and federal regulations related to protection of student records.Contributes to special projects and initiatives that advance the mission of OnRamps as assigned.
